Have an HP DV9000 that starts for about 25 seconds with no video, shuts down, then repeats the cycle until I hold the power button down and shut it off. BIOS? GPU?

dv2000, dv6000, dv9000 all have bga problems with chipset/vga... reflow or reball to fix it

Before proceeding with a component level repair, the usual troubleshooting process was followed:
1. Disassemble and unplug everything except the power connector.
2. Replace RAM.
3. Replace CPU.
4. Rewrite BIOS.
Unfortunately the board was still stuck with a 0.75A power consumption at 19V.
After reflowing both GPU and north bridge in one shot (it can't hurt) there was an instant improvement with a constant 1.75A power consumption, but I immediately noticed smoke and the typical smell coming from the GPU area.

Samsung QLED QN50Q — purchased 2022 started experiencing a delay in the picture coming on in the morning less than 2 years later. Did not know the term boot loop at that time. As the loop delay ran into a few minutes did all the recommended troubleshooting, soft and hard reset, changing cables and outlet locations, no help. As the delay increased contacted Samsung tech group and allow them remote access the tv. Tech was moving too fast to see exactly what he was doing but this ultimately it was also no help. First thread here on this forum, excuse me if I miss something in my first post.
I have the 55” variant of the Frame TV which is essentially a QLED tv. There's a weird problem where it would keep on restarting on its own. Funny thing is it might work perfectly for couple of days and then decides to go down the restart route. A few pointers:
1. If I let the TV sit idle for a day, for the very first time it boots after that time period it usually keeps working for 5 minutes before restarting. After that it restarts every 5 seconds.

I have HP 450 G4 laptop with DA0X83MB6H0 motherboard that is stuck at boot loop restart.
When powering ON, firste there is a dealy about 10 sec before showing HP logo and then after 15 to 20 sec it restarts itself.
If I try to enter BIOS (with F10) or Sys diagnostic (F2) there is a message "Entering Setup" or "Entering diagnostic" and after 20 sec restart.
I have tried with different BIOS dumps, exchange RAM modules remove/short CMOS battery and many more, but it didn't change behavior.

Hello everyone.
An HP Pavilion - 15-bc414nq laptop that restarts every second came into service. I took it apart and found 3 burnt capacitors on the 19v line. I took them down. Now the laptop starts and restarts once after 20 seconds, after the restart it stays for 20 seconds and then stops.
I noticed that I have 0V on Bios pin 5 / 6 (PCH_SPI1_SI_R / PCH_SPI1_CLK_R) and I don't know if it's normal or if I should have something.
There is another coil near the processor that is 0V, but it is not the exact diagram for this laptop and I don't know what exactly should be there....
