I was able to boot sometimes with mine but never managed to get in at bios menu - it always stuck there.
Do you have another dump to try?...

lenovo thinkpad L15 Gen 2 board NM-D271 usb firmware request
Hello,
I'm searching for a usb firmware for the notebook of the title.
The issue is that it stays at 5V only input from both usb c ports and the controller TPS65994 has been replaced.
The firmware should be the U5502 and I upload the dump of it.
Lenovo provides firmware updates but I was unable to find the appropriate file inside.

Hello,
I have uploaded the old bios from a huawei notebook that doesn't boot.
If anyone has a working bios to try I'd be grateful.
There was no serial number available to share it.
Also the issue could be elsewhere and the bios is ok for anyone that will need to try it.... -
From a search I did it seems that TPS65988 is the one that controls the input voltage.
If the data channels of usb don't have any brocken trace of shorted esd diode it is all about firmware for the TPS65988.
There should be an external eeprom nearby that needs to be reprogrammed.

Thank you for your reply, your bios works but I have more issues.
If I update it to latest version it boots no more like the original one.
Also I haven't managed to program the kbc that I have replaced and keyboard hasn't worked so far.
I'm sharing the EC file I have extracted from bios if anyone needs it.
Also the pin layout as mentioned at a paid site for kbc programming is:
KB_pins=30 08MM LEFT DOWN PD0=4 PD1=5 PD2=6 PD3=8 PD4=9 PD5=10 PD6=11 PD7=12 BUSY=15 STB=1 AFD=2 INIT=3 SLIN=7 KSI4=14 KSI5=16

Can somebody try to fix my bios too?
After kcb replacement system was not working properly and had old bios version. After bios update it boots no more.
I have included the serial number in the zip.

So I have the notebook of the title and has no power issue.
It takes 20V from the usb-c but it doesn't open the first mosfet at the charging circuit.
The is no short measuring at the stunt resistor after the mosfets nor any of the mosfets meter shorted.
The are no schematics and I'm unable to find the responsible charging ic that controls the mosfets, also tried with continuity test to find any connected ic to the gate of the mosfets.
For sure it is not one from the BQ24xxx series.
Anyone had the same issue or knows the which is the charging ic?... -

Lenovo NM-C861 backlight issue
Hello,
the mainboard at first booted only sometimes with memory error.
After ram rework it boots fine but the new issue is no backlight.
Display did not had any issue so I guess something from the motherboard.
At the JEDP1 I have 19V at pins 1 & 2, DISPOFF# at pin 15 is 0V and INVT_PWM at pin 16 is 2,82V.
Same values are with lid closed.
Lid switch works ok when tested with windows software.
Is there something else I'm missing? -

well same issue, top case removes insulation from mainboard 1 cm right from that screw and shorts line H_PROCHOT#
