Lenovo Legion Y740 LA-G132P power on, but CPU and GPU are not heating
Hi everyone. I have in the workshop Lenovo Legion Lenovo legion Y740, LA-G132P which had a burnt component, PUZ7 from the schematic. I replaced that part from a donor motherboard, same result. I noticed that VCCSA is missing. I have attached a diagram and measurements. I saw that many people have a problem with the PQZ1 mosfet next to it. Maybe it's the same cause, only that I didn't find anyone on the forum to say whether the repair was successful or not. Can someone help me? Thank you....

Thank you very much for answering and sorry for the delay. The motherboard is very clean and I checked everything but didn't see anything wrong. I remembered that the bios was changed a few months back because of the black screen. Could the bios be the blame? It was working fine with changed bios, until now.Leave a comment:

I have change the MAIN Bios, may be the EC, but i don't have a progremmer for EC. I read somewhere that a new ITE can be installed and programmed from the MAIN Bios, automatically....Leave a comment:

The resistors are good. I saw that pin 5 from the BIOS reaches ITE IT8987E in pin 102 and pin 6 in 105.
If I measure when it starts it is for a fraction of a second approx 2V on each pin, after which it disappears.Leave a comment:
