Hi, I have problem with the screen backlight, tryed to change screen cable and inverters and still no backlight. Please help!!!

CCFL tube in the screen is gone. Replace the panel. -

Check if the backlight voltage is present, pay attention to don't short the circuit.

Hi ,
i've the same problem with an laptop CQ70 .
I tried to change LCD panel, Inverter, LVDS cable and the same problem no backlight.
I tested if i have 3VS but no 3VS on LVDS and when i check the motherboard i seen the D21 and D22 are missing. On pad ( printed trace) of D21 and D22 on the motherboard i found 3VS but not on C364 and not on C374.
I tried to jump on motherboard the lines of D21 and D22 each separately without any result.Comment
