A1466 Dead and Not turning on. Had repaired it before

Hi guys, I have an A1466 (820-00165-A) board which came in dead, had corrosion on R7181 near ISL6259 chip. I removed corrosion and replace R7181 and the macbook powered on.

After sometime I didn't get any light on the charger but fan was spinning and I was getting battery charge logo on the screen, so I replaced the ISL6259 chip and it came on! everything was working fine.

(NOTE: Customer had previously got the battery replaced from another shop and it was third party bad quality)

I had used my test SSD and my known good original battery.

When I plugged in my customers SSD and battery, The macbook came on 3-4 times, but after that it went to login screen, I typed password and the display became glitchy.

Now, I dont get any post on the macbook but fan is spinning. It spins once, stops for a few secs and starts again. I have noted when it starts spinning for the first time All voltages are present, but when it stops and starts again there are no voltages present.

    Please help

If you are getting all voltages, including CPU Vcore, twice, then it reverts back to S5 state, this is usually CPU related. It's something I've seen on many 820-00165 boards and I'm 99.9% sure reballing the CPU would resolve it. I don't have the right gear to pull a CPU off one of these boards to prove that. But I've spent enough time on double pulse boards to rule out everything but the CPU.

check if ppbus_g3h is stable at 8.6 volt the whole time when it power on off and so on.

ppbus_g3h goes to 8.50 from 8.55 when it power off and on
