Nintendo Switch picofly installed cause parental lock how to get Master Key for restoring OFW

i bought a use console from ebay fixed it and it has parental lock. seller wasn´t helpful and nintendo either cause they don´t support used devices as they told me per mail. thanks for the bad support here in germany. was totally upset as i read the answer to my mail from 1 week ago.... there was no other way to get rid of that code rather than modding the console cause i didn´t even had the device id as it´s a patched V1 and for getting masterkey on salthax there is the need to type in the device id which was unknown in this case... i did a mistake. after the repair i entered my wlan and after that the console was locked instantly after the second boot reconnecting wlan... i always had to unplug the battery and antennas for entering setting.... clock was reset
Firmware is still 14.1.2-10

the thing is: my now known device id from SwitchIdent v0.5 is 17 digits long as there are only 16 digits to type in on that page... i even tried with missing first or missing last digit. im getting two master codes then but both of them are not working....

i managed to get rid of the lock on cfw side just now at the moment by using a homebrew app called Reset Parental Controls. first i had to get rid of the bounded account as there were errors but after unbounding account it worked when i pressed X for deleting lock....
but this is not what i wanted. i just wanna get the master key for the OFW side and get rid of the modchip again for using console oem.... the reason for all work is to get it up and running normally... the modchip is for another older console....

how can i solve this problem? is it possible to restore the nand without the lock? other homebrew app for getting master key? what is my mistake on salthax? i don´t get it.... would be the fastest way...

any help would be apreciated.... thx in advance have a nice sunday

maybe you can find a util to dump the whole flash/filesystem.
then search it for a set of keys?

as i already mentioned I tried to get that cide from this page... the device id from switchident i extracted has got 17 digits as on that page its only possible t enter 16 digits. tried some things like missing first and last digit. from.another tool i got a calculated 16 digits long code with letters and numbers (written ecactly behind the device number) and i tried that also... didnt work. the custom firmware side is running fine without code now as i said. but i wanna know the masterkey for unlocking original nand... i will upload some screenshots later... thx for help

It's as easy as this my man. You are making things way too hard on yourself. Nintendo has a service for bypassing parental locks. Cost $2 the last time i used it. https://www.nintendo.com/au/support/...-controls-pin/

no! they won´t help me! i already told u so... can show u the email... "we do not care about used devices/we don´t support this in your country"... i told them i would never ever buy a nintendo device again....

thanks for your support, called them again and had contact to a mannager who cares about the person who wrote me the email. parental lock was unlocked per phone call in 5 minutes without ANY costs in Germany...
