It's actually the 3rd M92T36 chip and the console started up after the Nintendo Switch logo and then nothing.
Test new battery we hear the sound but no image here is a new problem lol
Test with a new daughterboard and a new LCD panel from the daughterboard to the motherboard, still the same problem.
No shorts around the chips, so I decide to replace the M92T36 and it's still the same. I've got my 15 volts and a battery that charges.
I suspect that...

I'd say about 50 degrees was instantaneous heat when charging, regardless of the type of charger, be it the original 15-volt or a normal USB C charger.Leave a comment:

Hello ,
A friend of mine dropped off his PS4 pro console and it won't boot on the power button but we can hear the CD player beep.
I can't find the solution
Test with another new and functional power supply, I get out well the 5 Volts standby and the 12 Volts when I shunt the power supply and remains stable in 12 Volts.
Test 3V battery bios ok and at the output terminal of the power cable power button I have 3 Volts and new cable and no trace of rust or anything. The console does not start.
I've checked for short circuits everywhere,... -

Thanks for your feedback, a 1 Amp load probably means a short circuit, but I could be wrong.
Indeed, I've already tried with another LCD screen and a new daughterboard, unfortunately a waste of money =S
There's no sound coming out of the console, because if it's a display problem and the console starts up I should be able to hear the console sound, but that's not the case here.
No start-up and I changed the USB-C port again and no short circuit anywhere and now...Leave a comment:

Small technical problem on a Nintendo Switch lite
Here's what I noticed: the USB port has been damaged internally, with a short circuit on the power supply line to the small fuse.
After replacing the USB connector, the short circuit went away and I can't see any other short circuit in the whole motherboard.
When I charge the console, it seems to be charging: I get 15 volts and an amperage of 0.450 A.

After checking the defective USB-C port and close to a short circuit on the M96T36 chip (8ohm) I have changed both components.
I specify that there is no other short circuit or heating component(Vu thermal camera)
First, the problem arises: Error 2101-0001 after the start-up screen ("Nintendo" logo), poor soldering.
Secondly, I install a new M96T36 and the problem I have is a brief display of the "Nintendo" logo (no short circuit, no sure charge chip, no sure charge port, no sure charge management chip percentage).... -

Power supply PS4 FAT - ADP- 240R cuts 12 Volt in 1 sec -Why?
I have a PS4 FAT edition chu-1000a with the power supply (ADP-240R) that is acting up.
After checking that it comes from my power supply and by activating the 4.7Volts with clamps, the 4.7
The power supply starts, but cuts instatantly with a small snap on the primary side and after measuring the voltage which climbs to 10 Volts at the start and drops.
- No short circuit around the DPN012A chip (Probably the voltage regulator for the 12 V output)

I can't find the reference of this chip nor at Richtek.
It is indicated LE = 5j

So the resistor is indeed 0.16 OHM which acts as a fuse we will say.
I ordered a 2W and it is much smaller, so I took a 3W which is the same size and the power supply works now

I have this resistor from the PS4 SLIM 17-160p1a power supply that seems to be out of order. Does not give any Ohm or Kohm value ect.., neither diode, nor in continuity it must be cut.
I am looking for the value of this resistor ... What is strange the 3rd ring is silver.
Should I consider it as this?
Value 16.8 Ohm normally according to color code (See photo) or 0.16 Ohm
1st ring = Brown = 1
2nd ring Blue = 6
3rd ring Gray = 8
4th ring OR Multiplier = x0.1 Ohm
5th ring Red = +/- 2 %.

I was really surprised to see this silver stripe in the 3rd position, so I considered it as a grey color.
I can't find any other information about a silver band in the 3rd place for 5 rings.Maybe it should not be taken into account then =S so I will have to calculate it as 4 rings.
This would give 0.16 Ohm but tested in several modes Diode or megaohm the resistance gives nothing at all.

After checking this resistor which gives no value on the ohmmeter on a PS4 SLIM power supply.
I would like to change it but by which power I can choose it knowing that this resistor is on the primary part that is to say on the 230/400 V side
