The screen turns on and is bright white. I have checked for bad caps, checked the fuse on the T-con board and checked the power going into the T-con board. From the spec sheet I found it says the four vdd pins for the T-con should be 5 volts, they are less than 4. Could this be the cause of my problem? All help is greatly appreciated.

Re: Flatron l246wp-bn White Screen
The 5V off the power supply does read 5V, but oddly the 12V reads 14.4V.
Edit: I wanted to test the voltage on the T-Con again for good measure and realized the markings on the board don't actually correspond to the connector. So I tested with the proper pins and the voltage read 4.85, so I guess that's not the issue.Last edited by Dragunbayne; 10-14-2013, 07:48 AM.

Re: Flatron l246wp-bn White Screen
Post pictures of the t-con board. In particular, there should be a round inductor inductor somewhere on the t-con. It's usually somewhat near the t-con connector. This is the main area of interest, so take more pictures of that area and post them here.
Also, see if any component on the t-con gets hot when you try to power on the monitor.
