There is a company on ebay called coreweave in Kaukauna, Wisconsin

They do a kit for this board that includes the fuse all the caps you need and new mosfets item 220620219872

Or just do a search DAC-19M008 on there and it will come up with several
Checkout this site in the sales bit they may have a kit or could supply the parts you need

You can use the list of parts to buy stuff individually .

Whatever you do i would change the caps that you have not changed yet that way they are all done and you wont have to open it up again in a few months and do some more .

The fuse is a 4amp smd fuse

That's who the Ebay listing was. It's $1.50 and free shipping

How sensitive is this fuse to the heat, is there a chance I could fry it while installing it?

Just solder new one on top of the old one that will cut down the amount of time and heat you put into it

Installed new fuse, tested before applying power, tested dead short. After applying power fuse tests at 210 ohms. Still no green light. What could have caused the new fuse to fail?

You need to check the two MOSFET'S that drive the inverter transformers for shorts.

tested pin to pin on all pins, no shorts other than pins 5,6,7 and 8 on both MOSFETs, since they are all grounded

Please see the diagram and retest the MOSFETs, the circuit is setup as a bridge drive, 5,6,7 and 8 should never be at ground, if they are, they are shorted, only pin 1 is grounded.

where can I find the diagram?

                                  both MOSFETs: pins 1 to 2 measures 29 M Ohm, 1 to 3 is 7 M Ohm, 2 to 3 is 35 M Ohm, 3 to 4 and 3 to 5 is 30 M Ohm, everything else is open (except for 5,6,7,8)

How about Source (1) and Drain (5/6/7/8)?
By the way, what resistance do you get at the either end of the fuse F102 and Ground? You still have short circuits in the main board.

I have wanting to do this project for quite sometime now and I finally found a switching power supply that will work on this desoldering gun station ZD-915 that the original switching power supply took a shit and just was not worth trying to fix it because this switching power is not quite big enough to handle the heater element and the vacuum pump

One note when I tested the switching power supply and the voltage control board I noticed that this desoldering gun heat up much faster than the original switching power supply which I was really surprised by to the point that I might buy...

Hi, this is for troubleshooting and, hopefully, repairing a Delta Power psu
that is still quite new, as it worked OK for some months until it failed.
At the time I was not into power supply electronics; it was put
aside and a new power supply installed inside the computer. Also at the time
power supplies were half the price of today's.

On the PCB there are a D339 and 7500B chips.

I have found that schematics with these 2 chips (see included file).
Does it represent the actual circuit of the MAX-500ATX, I cannot tell.

                                            Some measurements,...

Definitive technology SC 2000 subwoofer amp's power supply clicking and popping
                                            by JimBanville
The sub developed a constant popping every couple seconds from woofer and power LED flickering with nothing but wall AC connected. Connecting an audio cable didn't change anything. It doesn't play but a second or two of audio in between the pops.
Opened it up and discovered the power supply is making a faint clicking or ticking sound.
I measured the amp's output to the woofer and it pulses up to 50mv DC to be driver. The pulses coincide with the power supply ticking/clicking.
I measured the power supply output going to the amp board and it too has this pulsing. Voltage cycles...

                                            by Tynan Dill
I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

                                            Assuming...

Troubleshooting Old Chiefmax 650Watt ATX Switching Power Supply

I’m looking for some advice troubleshooting an old Chiefmax 650w power supply in a PC, if it’s advisable to dig into it.

Worst case I can replace the PSU, I’m just interested in learning the troubleshooting process. However, it’s out of my area of expertise and I could use some direction.

During PC operation I heard a loud pop noise, like a cap gun and the tower lost power.

Initially there is no power output 3.3v, 5v, or 12v when jumping the power on pin to ground. Also, no fan power.

Opening the PSU the only things visible initially...
