    Temic/Telefunken 1890DFC module pinout?

Anyone happen to know of a datasheet for the Temic/Telefunken 1890DFC FM module pinout? Perhaps any radio schematic that uses this module is sufficient, I might be able to pick out what I need.

Supposedly this is a fairly common FM module that includes RF front end through stereo multiplex decoder. Only has a piece of the PLL - just the VCO as far as I can guess. It has a metal shield and is a surface mount and epoxied Chip On Board's on it.

Googling has resulted in a bunch of people talking about it, but no specific data...

Trying to debug a radio that has custom IC designations and no schematics, which thwarts me from figuring out what goes where. This 1890DFC is the only thing, minus perhaps the output amplifiers, that have anything that may have researchable data on it. The output amplifiers are working as AM works, so I need to go upstream to figure out why FM is not working in my other thread ...

Well, as the smarts of the radio is all in this module I have to admit that though the exterior is fairly interesting, the electronics on the other hand is kind of "yawn" ...

Thanks again, going back to the other thread now that this mystery is solved.

From what I read, it is from 1965 design and used a lot in Chrysler cars radio.

              Re: Temic/Telefunken 1890DFC module pinout?

Supposedly the TEMIC 1890DFC is a very sensitive FM receiver (and it indeed was, when it was working) so it's a nice module. However the module does have surface mount devices along with the chips on board, it must be of fairly recent design (1990s).

Copied from the other thread, this module appears to have failed so I either need to locate another module or toss this whole radio...

Replacing the WiFi module on a vacuum cleaner iROBOT i7
                by AlexVG
                Hi,
I have had an iROBOT i7 with a camera error (error 68) version REV M, year 2018.

I bought a liquid damaged Mainboard with WiFi module, from the same vacuum cleaner, but a different year and a different version (REV G).
(This board does not respond, only the LEDs light up in a circle.
The liquid damage is catastrophic and restoration is impractical).
(I bought this board to get the WiFi module and camera).

The boards are completely different in the installation of elements, even the connector for the WiFi module is different.

                If...

TOSHIBA DLP 52HM95 How to reset timer module on bulb
                by repair-it
I replaced the bulb only on my Toshiba DLP The bulb is a TB-25. This is the first time I've done a bulb only replacement. Supposedly there is a timer module that needs to be re-calibrated or reset. I don't know where the module is located. I see some vendors selling the bulb with the housing stating module included which leads me to think the module is located inside the enclosure the bulb mounts in, but I didn't see it. Maybe it's inside the plug attached to the bulb?

Anyway - I am seeking information on how to reset this so called module so that the lamp will operate. Apparently...

70mai Dash Cam A510 - help identifying connector on camera module
                by m1ch43lzm
                Hi everyone
I have a 70mai Dash Cam A510 which failed after about 3 months of being installed in my car, likely due to heat, i got it from aliexpress so no point in trying to return it for warranty (and shipping it back would cost me almost the same as a new one from ali)
The camera would boot loop showing 70mai logo on the screen, sometimes it would boot fine then the live view would freeze or display purple lines

I already took it apart, and found out that the camera boots fine if i unplug the camera module from the main PCB, sometimes "playing" with the connector...

Light that has a bug zapper in bottom section of light fixture the LED light module took a crap but the zapper still works
                by sam_sam_sam
So I got the bright idea to remove the LED light module from the fixture and put it on top of another enclosure and keep using the zapper

The removal of light module was a successful and now I just have to cut a hole in the enclosure and put a power cord that has an on and off switch on it

You are lucky to get about two years of service out of one before the LED module starts flicking and just stops working because it is mounted on an aluminum plate and these are hard to solder on it and it is not worth messing around with them and especially this one because it has line...

                by r3vsEngIT
i have a 2017 volvo that i upgraded the stereo in but the week link now is the SBC codec the head unit uses to transmit audio. i took the unit apart and we have a UGKZ2 combo module with a CSR8311 bt chip. after some research it is my understanding that ALPS made another combo module that used the CSR8350 chip. this chip is capable of aptx. https://vehicle-electronics.biz/cont...s-alps-modules

my question is, would it be possible to swap out this UGX module as plug n play? what about replacing the CSR chip itself? any idea where to get either?
