Can anyone help me identify this transformer?

I've scoured the internet with the hopes of finding a replacement for this thing, but the more I search and the less I find has me thinking that it must be a custom piece.

If someone could shed some light on how I might be able to figure out it's specs(inductance, type of winding, etc.) that'd be a great start. I can't even seem to find one with a similar pin layout. All I know is that the relays on the board it came from are all 18V.

As always any help would be greatly appreciated, I know someone out there can point me in the right direction!

Does it have a bridge rectifier or does it use two diodes
And what is the cap voltages near the transformer because I
Thinking that it might be a 15 volt transformer
You might be able to use a 12 volts one

Re: Can anyone help me identify this transformer?

When looked at again I noticed that it has three rows of pins that is a special transformer
You might have to use two transformers if you have space

Can you please take a picture of the board this transformer came off of

Definitely need to see the board and how all the pins are connected.
What is bad about it? it can be that not ALL the pins are being used.
        The more details the better.

Thanks for your interest guys, the problem is that the transformer shown is fine, but the transformers in two other panels are blown and need to be replaced.

Here's some shots of the board:

Are they physically burnt up or open. Some transformers have thermal fuses under the wrapping.
I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

Yes sir, definitely no chance of resurrecting them!

Do you know what the voltage of each winding is you do
Do you have enough room in cabinet to use two transformers

If you can give us the voltages on each windings I will try find some transformer or transformers for you

Could you rewind the ones you have just thought

The problem is you can't use a transformer in place of a flux capacitor. Do the math

                    Great Scott dskall, you're right!

My apologies for not getting back to you guys, I tore my bicep tendon last week so I wasn't able to power up the panel to test, when I do I'll let you know the specs!

Re: Can anyone help me identify this transformer?

I've given up on trying to source a transformer for the time being, mainly because I was able to find an identical working one.

But of course nothing can truly be that easy........the transformer works in the panel, but the second it's powered on it slowly but steadily gets warmer and warmer until it becomes dangerously hot.

I suspect this is the issue that led the original transformer to its toasty demise, but the reason why is eluding me......

Interesting, the only cap I can think of is the big one in the picture above, any way to check without a scope or should I just replace?
