SMD Resistor

I would be grateful for a little help identifying & obtaining a smd resistor it has (271) on the top which I think is a 2.7K ohms I don't know what make it is or where to purchase one in the Uk.

The resistor is from a 240v Danfoss C/Heating programmer any help would be welcome

Any Help would be most welcome

The programmer is approximately 6 years old then stopped working on inspection I found 1 100uf x 50v capacitor down & a 470uf x 310v capacitor down on changing these the unit was still not turning on after checking all resistor's I found one that was showing OL
this is the one I intend to change.

A picture might have helped - replacing a resistor is a bit like changing a fuse - it may just fail again or may take something out with it. I was going to cpc today but by the time I have bought a pack and posted it you can buy them off ebay as cheap. (you will have 99 spares . Do you have any old boards you can salvage one off - even a standard wired one for testing. No need to remove the old one if it is open just solder the new on on top.
