I recently got a 'surprise box' (a box of random parts), and I found a couple of each of these transistors inside which I cant figure out what they are.
The first one, is a TO-92 made by fairchild.
line 1: F (fairchild symbol)
line 2: 21L4
line 3: 9904
The second one, is an old looking TO-220 made by NEC.
line 1: NEC-929
line 2: 430604
line 3: JAPAN
The third one is again made by NEC, TO-220 package.
line 1: NEC-920
line 2: 430604
line 3: JAPAN
What do you guys think?
BTW, I also got some ancient looking TIP32's, some MPS750's, some 2N3904's, ALOT of IRFZ44N mosfets (load tester anyone?!
), and some 2SA1048's.
