Analogue Multimeters - Good Brands

Hi ,
I Have a analogue multimeter that was from from a company called yu fong .This has a cell leakage inside it and just a few days before i wanted to setup the same back to old working condition .The DC range does not function .I am wanted to buy a used but good brand multimeter for my lab use .Some good brands .I will like to convert this multimeter into a ESR meter .Already Posted This
