Elefw327 won't turn on

Hi Everyone.

I need you opinion.
I have a Element Led Tv with not power on (Remote or push button).
I already check capacitors, diodes, etc.
I don't have a standby light.
Everybody mention about some kind of eeprom chip is the fail on this model, but that is when the standby light is on or either way (on or off)

Fuse are ok too.
I just have presence voltage 3.2v on inverter connector but because is a led it is no necessary.

Does this model have an onboard power board or a power supply that is external to the TV set? What is the incoming power looking like?

There are two boards.
Power Supply/Main Board
Tcon Board

I suggest that you use the search box in this forum, type in the model number and compare the voltage readings that you get with others that have been posted, in my case my same model element was a bad EEPROM but I Did have a standby light...Did you check the DC Voltage across the main capacitor?

The 2 D89 Diodes show:
1. 0v
2. Going from 0 to 100v and make a lot fluctuations

Check the voltage on the red wire at the white connector where the circuit board is marked CN1, connect your black negative wire of the meter to the chassis ground, what voltage do you get there?

The next thing I would do is make sure all of the mounting screws for the Power Supply/Main Board are tight to ensure a good ground.especially since you are getting fluctuations in voltage readings.
also you may want to make sure your volt meter has new or good batteries.

Yes all screws are very tight
batteries good conditions on my multimeter.
still no standby light

Did you check the voltage regulators UL1 UL51 UL41 and the one next to it
and what is the part number of the component on the heatsink opposite side to the bridge rectifier

On the back of the board there is a mosfet? QB16 to test

Did you try it without the backlight cable and lvds in case there is a short on those.

UL 41 AND UL 51 SHOW 0 VDC
UL 1 MAKE FLUCTUATIONS BETWEEN 0 TO 135 ON 2000mV SCALE ON MY DMM
I DID IT WITH LED CONNECTOR AND LVDS DISCONNECT.
MY FRIEND TOLD ME AS SOON HE CONNECT THE TV SMELL LIKE BURN BUT CAN'T FIND NOTHING ALREADY BURNED.

Ok Sholud reallqy be 3 results for each regulator - all zero?
Tested with black probe on ground?

Still need part number for item on heat sink and test on mosfet

Part number 10100ctp
reading 228 and 230 on the edges. Negative center pin.
Regulators show almost 0
connector cn6 besides cn1 show 3.4.-3.7 volts with little fluctuations on pin 1,2

You are going to have to be better at saying what you re thinking and need to state units

ok. sorry.

The transistor on cold side show 230 ohms on the edges with diode function on dmm
The transistor on hot side looking by front with legs 1-2-3 from left to right readings starting red probe on 1 on negative on 2, etc
1-2 : no read
1-3 : no read
2-1 : no read
2-3 : no read
3-1 : no read
3-2 : 545 ohms

These transistors was testing out from the board.
The regulators was testing with 120 vac connect to the tv.
I was used the voltmeter on scale the 2volts because more volts show 0 all the time.
And yes everything was tested with ground screw.
