I'm thinkin' someone used whatever they had laying around.

Looking at it I think for the caps you asked about I would try the LXZ.

The KZE's are not original but the original caps were in the same location. There is actually nothing below them just a few near by resistors, the originals were leaking hence the replacements.
I know the unit uses at least 24V AC where the power is distributed is beyond me. I will check out all the suggestions thanks for the assist.

Decon SH PET Capacitors for “Klipsch The Fives”
      by brad2157
I’m working on re-capping the power board caps on a Klipsch The Fives audio speaker system. I can’t locate a replacement for these original caps that are labeled “Decon SH PET”. I have three of these on the board with the electrolytics. They are supposed to be a film type capacitor, but they look like a radial mount electrolytic. Everything I find they look completely different, usually a square type body. The two values I need are 16V 470uF and 35V 47uF. I’ve got all the other caps in my cart already from Mouser, so if there’s a replacement there, I would prefer to order from...

Trying to locate a capacitor for a Skytec Crossover filter

      Hi
I'm trying to locate what i believe to be Radial Electrolytic Capacitors 100v 82uf Non-polar for a Skytec Crossover filter.
      Thanks

Finding comparable ferrite beads on mouser/digikey?
      by mrkmpn
I have an inspiron with "power rail failure" LED codes flashing, and have found a blown capacitor and ferrite bead (inductor, I guess...)

I've found the replacement capacitor on mouser, but am unsure how to properly search for the ferrite bead. I have the schematics and boardview, so I have found the original bead part#, but the data sheet doesn't seem to include the information I need for the filters on mouser and digikey.

For inductance, and a few other values it just says "Refer to standard electrical characteristics list"

      Here's...

Apple NVIDIA AGP GeForce 6800 GT Dual Link DVI+DVI outputs 603-6338 missing caps!
      by jpreza
      Hi everyone,

I recently acquired this card from a seller who was selling a PowerMac G5 for parts. He mentioned that the video card was probably broken too.

Upon closer inspection, I can tell the reason why it won't work: it's missing a bunch of CAPS! (it's also missing an inductor - 1.0uH).

It's a nice card as it's one of the few AGP cards that will support 2560 x 1600 resolution on a PowerMac G5 using a 30" Cinema Display.

Looking at the card, it appears to be missing the following:

      1x 1.0uH inductor - orange square

How to locate high value short component
      by harp
It is not so important rather then discusion... for learning.

I have small box where put bad components in it, shorted diode, caps, burned resistor etc. I was trying to do some yt video about tracing shorts, so, I use one of these bad smd caps from box... it has few ohms, idealy for presentation... I put him on a known good pcb board, on 3.3v rail, parallel with other caps... but, after it cools down, the rail has 85 ohms... when I apply power, it took only 35mA and no voltage drop... so 0.1W...
Any idea, your experiance how to find 85R bad caps technique?...
