        He's got 'make offer'.
Send some links to appropriate posts here.
Then see how much he'll pay you to take them.

Maybe it was pulled from a GeForce 7!

Wouldn't be surprised if it was from a 7600 like mine!

I might buy a few just to see whether they are really Sacon FZ or if he just used them in the picture. If they are really FZ, I'll blow them up.

Yup, the offer was indeed me. lowest he would go was $8.93 for 10 of them (only a saving of $0.06 ) I'm gonna let the seller know that they aren't nippons, and that he should at least advertise them as sacon FZ... after leaving negative feedback for an inaccurate descripton.

FWIW, I don't see this as $9 for some junk caps, I see it as $9 for some awesome fireworks

                        Re: Fleabay "Nippon" fakes

ebay zhangrunfun has plenty of cheapos, fakes, counterfiets, and mismatched pictures. The mismatched pictures seem quite generic as if there because no real picture has been taken. I see a Sanyo WG with a Sanyo OSCon SEPC picture. I'd leave "10 xNIPPON 16V 1000UF Radial Electrolytic Capacitor" with the Sacon FZ picture alone unless you plan to clean up all their auctions. The fakes won't disappear, only gain better pictures, which will make matters worse.

Put them in a junk motherboard, then let it to fold and see how long they last. Bonus points if you recap the power supply for that computer with those caps as well.

at least he was kind enough to refund your money. perhaps he will think twice before trying to pull a fast one or listing an item he has no knowledge of.

                                        Hopefully.

I also advised him to change the description to Sacon, although I have my doubts as to whether he will.

                                          Will it damage the macbook?...

I decided to take one of the Rubycon capacitors out of a phat Xbox 360 with a Zephyr motherboard and noticed that all the Rubycon capacitors near the CPU were fake. The capacitors in question are Rubycon MFZ 680uf 6.3V and they all have a bullseye bottom, something not found in genuine Rubycon capacitors. None of them were leaking, they all have the K top, and the system has never been opened before. It appears Microsoft was using fake capacitors in the Xbox 360, or the Chinese facility where the console was manufactured in was using them and passing them off a genuine. Just thought I'd share...

Hy guys, i have this lenovo TB-X605F with charging problem, the tablet is fake charging, i have replaced the charging connector twice, it only draws 0.40 Amps when pluging the cable for the first time then it stops drawing any Amps but the tablet keeps showing the charging image at 0% as long as i keep it connected. I have no voltage at the battery connector with the cable pluged, but i have 5 volts after usb connector on some testing points on the board.

                                          Hi all!

I just bought a pair of ADS L810 speakers, which I've heard are some of the best speakers from that time (late 70's) into the early 80's. I was super excited to test them out and hooked them up and I was very underwhelmed by the treble. The treble was awfully muffled. I've been doing some restoration work on 70's stereos and a couple of speakers here and there so I am really just a beginner. I do know that capacitors in speaker crossovers filter out the lows to allow only the highs up to the tweeters and mids. Inductors filter out the highs to allow the lower frequencies to...
