I have removed the ic from the board so i can see the traces, with the ic on the board the small smd ( i think its a diode) under the usb port on the right it was shorted but after removing the ic its not shorted anymore. I have tryed to deliver 7v on the charging port since the walkie still works on battery and i have voltage on the diode and the capacitor under the burnt ic . I have also tested with the multimeters the pins from the ic conected to the type c port pins.

I use to charge it via type c and It stopped charging , with the usb c connected i measure 5V on the pins that are going to the battery , and on the working one i can measure 9V on the pins, after opening it i found this sot23 smd marking ACA9E burnt, and i don't know what to replace it with. Some people say it can be SY8008CAAC wich is a Synchronous Step Down Regulator others say it could be voltage detector like XC6114B545MR....
