Dell Latitude 7410. The USB Type-C port is not working

I have a Dell Latitude 7410 with an Intel i7 10th Gen CPU. The USB Type-C port is not working, and since it's the only charging port on the device, I'm unable to charge the laptop.

I inspected the motherboard and found that the IC labeled [B]TPS65988[/B] had a short circuit. I ordered a replacement IC from Alibaba and replaced it. The short issue is now resolved, but the laptop still doesn't charge, and the Type-C port remains non-functional.

After doing some research, I found out that the [B]TPS65988 needs to be programmed[/B] after replacement in order to function properly....

hello . i have a problem on t470 batteries, the voltage on battery cellule is ok (total 12 volts) but on board no voltage . any one can help me...

any one can help me to find the board view of dell 7410 (fdx40 la-j261p rev1.0). the type-c port not working and not charging.i have the schematic without the board view.

I have an HP EliteBook 650 G2 (CIRCUS-6050A2723701-MB-A02) with no audio. The problem is not with the driver or speaker. the sound works in the BIOS menu (I can hear the beep). Could the BIOS be causing this issue, and how can I fix it?

I have replaced the battery, but the same problem persists. When I remove the charger, Windows still shows that it is connected ot the charge, and the charger light remains on. We have to disconnect and reconnect the battery; only then will the charging symbol disappear...

lenovo t14 i7 10 gen : I press the power button and there is a loud fan noise for about 3 seconds and power light is on. Nothing on display screen. i have removed the battery and bios battery still the same. i have put yesterday on update and charger ,i have leave and back and see this problem. Any One Can help Me ?
