Samsung QE65Q7F no power

I'm looking for some advice with Samsung QE65Q7FNAT

TV has no power.

There are no lights on the One connect box to know if its the issue

On the power supply of the one connect there are voltage points marked on the board. A11.8V which is present and a B332V which is not.

write here the connection pin out of one connect ps board.

The A11.8v is the standby voltage, The B332V is only supplied when the power supply is turned ON
You need to check the PS_ON pin, this is the pin that turns ON the power supply by the main board.

whats one connect box to do with tv power or turn on??? with out it still tv turn on and off

TV is powered from One connect box and cable. No direct power cable to TV

Is there a way to power up One connect without TV connected?

So i think that you have a common problem for most of the tv, maybe a surge spike have ruined the content of a standby microcontroller or standby memory, that is probably a nor flash in large sop8 package, check them on main board.. to complete the diagnostic task take a 3v battery and connect it at gnd+ ps-on, then check the b350v

The 3V PS_on does then give the B350V.

I don't know, you must give hires photos of both , no flash, better bright sunlight

TV is powered from One connect box and cable. No direct power cable to TV

show us the whole back of the tv boards to know how this set working... especially the PSU to know what voltage exists and which pins. either the LED BL source feed.

I think the Cable from one connect to TV may be faulty or damaged.

I will update after trying another cable. TV is on wall, One connect box was easiest to check first.

Problem was with Cable between One Connect and tv. Looked ok but must have been have been damaged.

glad you sorted it out, that cable does go bad often.
