From what I remember Alpha 2 Chassis didn't have a service menu. There is a service switch but all adjustments were still done manually with test points and adjustment points on the boardLeave a comment:

I think the Cable from one connect to TV may be faulty or damaged.
I will update after trying another cable. TV is on wall, One connect box was easiest to check first.Leave a comment:

I'm looking for some advice with Samsung QE65Q7FNAT
TV has no power.
There are no lights on the One connect box to know if its the issue
On the power supply of the one connect there are voltage points marked on the board. A11.8V which is present and a B332V which is not.... -

There has been an issue with panasonic sets of that age and series thats due to data being broadcast. TX**C4,E3, D28 and a few other models seem to be effected
Set will fire up if you switch off mains and then hold in power button as you switch mains back on
Force update software to latest software, turn off new service message and new software message and don't leave in standbyLeave a comment:
