    TV sticks on radio channels.

    I have a strange one with a Technika LED19-248COMI...

    The set tunes in all channels, which is great, but if I select a radio channel, e.g. 726 Radio Solent, then, if after listening I select a TV channel, e.g. 1 BBC1, it just stays on the radio channel. Even switching the set off and on doesn't cure it, as the radio channel just comes back on. The only way I have found to get TV channels back is to retune, which is a pain!

    Any ideas, please?

      many those small size TV the Chinese firmware very funny.
      so if you dont have on the remote control TV/radio to switch on.. call the channel list and with < or > switch between all channel and TV channel..

              My tv will work for a while and change channels with the remote as it should but then it will stick on one channel only and work ok but it won't change channels. I have tried unplugging it for hours and whilst unplugged pressing the power button on the tv to reset it.

              The volume button on the remote still works but it just won't change channels once it decides to stick on one channel

              It has built in basic freeview tv here in the uk, I've tried doing an automatic search to reset the tv but nothing works.

              I have to turn the tv off and then on again with...

              ive got a modern digital clock radio approx 15yrs old

              my question is how long can a clock radio or a simple radio last ss farcas operating hours?

              since elec components have limited hour lifecspan i would imagine the radio or clock radio would eventually fail.

              the reason i ask is because i have my clock radio on radio function 24/7 for the past 7 years and its still working fine....i leave the radio on ..never turn off past 7years...thats approx 60000 hours

              it uses very little power just a few watts i would imagine that may have something...

              Dear all,

              I have this old radio clock by Sony from the early 80s, I guess. The clock display works, but is dim, the function board appears to be OK - but the radio unit shows no signs of life. It doesn't produce a single noise, crack or anything from either FM or AM band. It's like it doesn't even power up.
              i opened the radio and it is full of some TRACON gray capacitors. They only have their negative strip printed, voltage and capacitace markings - no series, no temperature marking, nothing else.
              My question is, do you know of this brand of capacitors and how bad are...
