LG 60 Plasma missing 15V Z-SUS

I have a LG 60" plasma TV model 60PH6608.

problem: relay clicking after plugging in the power cable.

The power supply is connected to the z-sus and then to the y-sus.

I unplugged the connection between z-sus and y-sus
--> relay clicks only once and tv stays on (no protection mode)
--> I measured a shortage on the y-sus between vs and gnd.

I continuied checking the voltages from the z-sus to the y-sus.
On the 15V line I only get about 3 volts.
I think the first step is to check, why there is no 15V from z-sus to y-sus.

Where can I start checking the z-sus ? (no visible damages)

Send a clear picture of the bottom side of the board.

The 15v doesn't go from zsus to ysus, it goes from ysus to zsus. Start by inspecting the transformer joints on the underside of the Ysus.

That 15v line is sometimes run through the control board. Check to make sure you have good contact with those lines if in fact that's the case here.

I do believe the +15v comes from the Ysus board, T251 is the transformer, and D590 is the supply for the +15v via IC555
I suspect the Vsc is also missing
