I am so glad that I found this thread. My PMG4 MDD had suffered the same fate as many other PSUs - pressed the button and immediately turning off, etc. I ordered the offending caps from Digikey and my order arrived this past week. I replaced the "dirty dozen" and I still had the ticking/clicking noise when I would plug it in. After replacing the additional three caps - C30, C32, and C45 - my PSU came back to life!! Yay!... -
Thanks again! I double checked with my multimeter and DC resistance was between 1.5 and 1.8 Ohm for the two inductors. I'm not sure if this is these values are within the range..
As you mentioned, I have to "borrow" from one board to the other.
I'll order the missing caps and will report back once I have put the GPU card back together for testing.Leave a comment:

THANK YOU piernov for the info!! In my search yesterday, I forgot that I had a Mac memory riser board that has an 1.0uH inductor. The one from the riser card (first picture) is 1.0uH 0741 AH, and the original one from the GPU is 1.0uH 0427 AN. It's the same size, except for the lot code being different, so I'm not 100% sure it it'll work, what do you think?...

Hi everyone,
I recently acquired this card from a seller who was selling a PowerMac G5 for parts. He mentioned that the video card was probably broken too.
Upon closer inspection, I can tell the reason why it won't work: it's missing a bunch of CAPS! (it's also missing an inductor - 1.0uH).
It's a nice card as it's one of the few AGP cards that will support 2560 x 1600 resolution on a PowerMac G5 using a 30" Cinema Display.
Looking at the card, it appears to be missing the following:
1x 1.0uH inductor - orange square

iMac 4K 2019 Logic Board schematic
Hey guys,
Looking for schematics for an iMac 4k 2019 model. For the life of me, I can't figure out why the display will not work.
Everything is connected correctly, I don't see any caps or resistors that are damaged. I even swapped the display from another iMac 4k 2019 model to test it, and that display won't work either.
There are 5 diagnostic LEDs and only 4 light up. The last one does not.
Any help with schematics would be awesome!
