I can't make it out but there is likely another number before the "G", try looking at different angles to see if you can see anything else.
The number on the schematic UDZSTE-17, SHOULD have the voltage after this number (ie: UDZSTE-1722, 22v zener)
Some of the zeners that I looked at that end in G, like WG are only 10~11 volt which is normally too low a voltage

What is the number or letter on the diode? You may need to clean the top with alcohol to read it,
There is no datasheet for the ic, but C912 is rated for 100v so this ic's VCC might be higher than other similar pwm ic's.

It' a look like G. But I am not sure. I cleaned with alcohol. It's not clear. I have attached picture.

ZD907 is a PDZ13b, 13volt zener

Quick question : ZD907 (UDZSTE-17), it's zener diode. Is it 5.6v or 15v? It's in the standby circuit.

Where did you get the ic that is in there now after the original blew up?
Maybe that has been the problem all along. There is no datasheet on this ic, so it's hard to know the specs (operating frequency etc.)

C951A = 0.036 (10v 1000uF)
C951B = 0.027 (10v 1000uF)
C952 = 0.062 (10v 1000uF)

C912 = 0.573 (100v 22uF)
C906 = 0.042 (35v 220uF)
