Ok, CHAXX is SGM2033-ADJ
In my case R1=110k (05D) and R2=39k (393) it results that Vout = 1.2 x (1+R1/R2) = 4.6V
Locally I can't find a supplier for this IC, but I think I can use AP2210K-ADJTRG1 without any modification, having Vout= 1.24 x (1+R1/R2)= 4.74v. Another option would be to use AP2210K-5.0TRG1
Which one do you think would be better use?

Hi all,
I have this OWON HDS2202S oscilloscope that worked fine until it was used with the wrong probes mounted in the wrong place.
It is not completely dead, it still fulfills some functions. I opened it and found some damaged components inside. I have identified the rest but I cannot identify this IC. I don't think I can find the diagram, but can someone help me identify this component?
It seems to be an LDO regulator. I identified it like this:
Pin1 - Vin
Pin2 - GND
Pin3 - ? (connected with pin1)
Pin4 - ADJ ? (resistive divider between Vout and... -

still no luck...
after first start, unit stay on logo 30sec then power off.
this time, after 15 - 20sec from power off, unit restart itself for 2-3 times, but also just logo, then off.
now do the same: logo apear, but after 30sec unit go off and stay off
Can I try something else?
