hi, thx for reply. Can you explain me how you found it from the smd code?...

Hi, thx for reply. I have no short on 5v rail, just no 5v on usb connectors of all motherboard (8 port). If i put a jumper wire from pin 5 to pin 1, i have 5v on connector and usb port works. Each one of this chip controls voltage of 2 usb ports.
Where did you read that ocb is active low?
If it's a SY6288D, the enable signal is a ENB, which is active low from datasheet (see photo)...

Hp 290 g4 (all usb ports don't work)
Hi all. All the USB ports on this desktop computer are not working. Computer starts normally but it has only usb ports, no ps2 for mouse or keyboard. The motherboard is labeled KENT REV:A M11. I searched online for a schematic but couldn't find it. I checked the USB port EMI filters to see if any were broken, but they are all ok (they all beep). I have 5 volts on a 5 pin SMD component labeled REDFC (see photo) that is near each USB port, but 5 volts are not present on the USB port pin. I don't know where to start. Need schematic...

Yashi All in one model AY62409 (Quantum S 24'') no image (backlight works)
This chinese all in one computer gives an image when connected to an external vga monitor but only the backlight with integrated monitor (no image). Initially I thought it was an edid problem on the eeprom of the screen but then I saw that the monitor works correctly with another identical motherboard (model th410-d4, read by bios). Unfortunately the motherboard is chinese and has no brand or codes on the pcb. The format seems ITX. Nothing can be found online. The official yashi site provides drivers but not the bios. The electrical diagram is obviously unobtainable
The board is equipped...

I thought it was right and proper to inform the people who dedicated part of their time to help me (@mon2) that the problem was the power supply, which had to be original. Once the power supply was recovered, the laptop started normally. Thanks to everyone for the help and especially thanks to mon2

the voltage is absent on each inductor except the one that charges the battery. I write the voltages in a photo. I don't see any p-channel mosfets, they are all n-channel. See boardview
these 2.4 volts, with time (a few minutes), drop to 0.8v
all these values are strange since the n-channel gates are at 0V (board without...

I thought about something. Tell me if it makes sense. The main power line that has 4.3 volts is called PVBAT. If I analyze the boardview I see that it is connected to a series of other lines via pads (PAD6110, PAD6160, PAD6110 and so on). These pads can be separated because they are made of tin. If I separate all the pads I can see if I remove these 4.3v. If they disappear, I reunite all the pads one at a time testing from time to time until I find the responsible sector. What do you think?
