I guess what I'm asking is which resistors and at what value should I start at? I'm just looking for a head start, I don't want to make a bad mistake

Are there any new updates to this thread? I am about to order new led strips for my tv, and I would also like to know which resistors to change and what would be their values. This is the first time I am repairing anything.
