Grundig 49 VLE 6620 BP Led *Backlight blinking

Backlight blinks on-off constantly.

All Caps look ok.

PSU measured:

CN2 13 BL - 3.3
CN2 15 - 19VDC
CN2 1-2 = 27VAC
CN2 3-4 = 67VAC
CN2 7-8 = 75VAC

Some of those values dont make reference...

Any ideas where the fault may be or where to search?

I suspect the ac voltages listed are high frequency as the come from the switching power supply, (20-50khz) most meters won't measure them
If you can, turn down the backlight (or sometimes brightness) in the menu and see if the blinking changes, It is very likely you have one ore more bad led/s in the panel.

to add to RJ, also check CN2 for cracked solder joints on both boards.

I had a television recently, a Samsung, that blinked on and off like that and it turned out to be the LEDs. One strip was completely dead or shorted, I just replaced them after testing. I would test the LED strips.
