Make sure you tried the firmware update correctly. Different models have different instructions so make sure you follow them correctly.

you need to tell us which chassis your Fillips ?

                    can you inter recovery mode?

how to inter recovery.. plug the TV out from the wall socket first
Hold and keep holding the joystick on the bottom of the TV in the "Down" position. then plug the TV in wall socket recovery mode should show on screen

here i posted mega link down load the file of wipe date as yours chassis and apply it with recovery as update from external storage.. then flash new firmware.

i think you are doing some things wrong to inter the recovery mode. you need keep press the arrow down at least for 10 seconds or little more then recovery mode will show on screen..
after that extract this zip and put it on usb to wipe data

watch this video how to do it

1-this normal backup android system when it conected to any external storage device such USB or SDCARD. delete them both

2- you are doing wrong with upgrade file.. format your USB as FAT not FAT32.

3- make new folder on the root of the USB with name " upgrades " with out " "
then put your file upgrade inside this folder.

take your set out from AC then insert the USB in the set then plug it in AC

                                        android TV file format "autorun.upg"
read this in German. and download yours chassis and model firmware

                                        this is your firmware

after you download it.. extract it and rename it to autorun.upg put it on root of usb with out folder updrades i mentioned before... tv should be out from AC at least 1 minute then plug the usb in and turn on

Started after unplugging power cable when TV was turned on. (remote control was lost and user didn't know where power button is located)
So my first thought is firmware corruption.

Tried autorun.upg and upgrade_loader.pkg on 16GB FAT32 MBR formatted USB stick but neither did anything. Maybe I just don't understand how to start them.
When USB inserted and TV plugged in, it just starts up and continues bootlooping. When USB plugged in and I hold down power button when plugging TV in, it just doesn't do anything.

                                            Hi,

I have a iMac A1418 board 820-00034, the problem is when the board is cold i can get to the mac os log in for like 1 min and then start the bootloop, but is a fast bootloop sometimes i can just see the apple logo for 1 sec and keeps doing it until i un plug the power, if i try to turn on again the bootloop continues, if i let the board un plug for 15 or 20 min i can turn on again and log in on Mac os but the bootloop start again under 1 min.

I try to get to the recovery and i can, when try to install a new mac os it starts loading the usb and then start the bootloop,...

                                            Here I have a 60PFL8708s/12 that I am trying to revive by installing the 996597007730 Android upgrade kit;

The kit has been installed and I have followed the instructions to the letter, however upon powering on the tv with the USB stick and the files needed on there, instead of seeing 'Update in progress' all I am seeing is a black screen (backlight is fine). Also before turning on the tv, the white LED on the bottom of the tv is flashing around 60 times, before it going solid (standby mode), then I wake the tv with...

                                            Hi, I have a Samsung UE50TU with:
                                            - sound and backlight, but no picture
                                            - when it arrived, it had a picture for a few seconds
                                            - it keeps rebooting
                                            - without ribbon cable between the two panel boards, it does not reboot but I have no picture
                                            - without cable between mainboard and lcd panel, it does not reboot (but obviously i have no picture)
                                            - when i try a tape fix, its keeps rebooting, unless I tape off pin 1 (the innermost pin). In that case it does not reboot but I have no picture.

                                            Hi everyone,

My JVC (Vestel) LED TV is stuck on a Android boot loop when I switch the power on.

Previously, I was trying to clean the storage memory (by deleting as many files as possible), I may have delete some start-up Android files.....so I screw it.🤡

When I switch the power on, the initial JVC is shown. I have tried to run Android 9 from a bootable USB on the TV. It starts reading the USB but nothing happens and the JVC logo and Android boot loop keeps the same.

Can anybody help me please finding the 17MB171 USB firmware to try to upload...
