For the test on the DP1 anode to the GND it seems OK, maybe there is not a a signal to the near TPS65161 that enables AVDD. In the image under i have squared two test zones, one you can test if C_RP41 is connected to C_CP11 near it, then if you can test in volt RP21 and RP41 respect to GND.
    RP41 connected to CP11 - connection Good

    TP2 Voltage - with left ribbon unplugged - 12.59
    TP2 Voltage - with right ribbon unplugged - 12.59

    RP21 in Volts - -5.48v
    RP41 in Vola - 0.019

Theese last test tells me more that AVDD booster is not switched on, for some reason, but not for a panel fault.
Check the voltage on PIN 9 and 26 of the UP1. IF PIN 9 is low like zero and same for pin 26 then check the capacitor on the pin 26.

The capacitor must be checked with a capacity meter or simply changed with one took from a board of same era and near same or little bigger volume.

I have an LCR meter so will carefully remove and test at some point. Thanks

I have a like for like known good tcon but I don't want to swap it incase this isn't the problem and it kills the good tcon.

I repeat: "IF PIN 9 is low like zero and same for pin 26 then check the capacitor on the pin 26", that is, desolder it and check its capacity. If it seems good change it anyway with one took from a unuseful board, same era, same or little bigger volume.

Check the resistance between circuit GND and those two pins, no power to the board of course.

Hi , I've got a Samsung UE55HU8500T that has sound but no picture, I've had it open and done a quick check of voltages etc, I found that the F2 fuse on the tcon board had blown (T-CON BOARD VD_STV5565EU22BC6LV0.3 -) so I replaced it with a similar value fuse but still nothing, ten I noticed the replacement fuse had blown too . I would appreciate any help with this. Thank you in advance...
