    Technika tv stuck in standby

Hi guy's, i have a technika 22e21b tv which is stuck in standby, from previous repairs Ive just ordered a power board & swapped it (which I've done with this), but with no joy.

Had anyone got any further suggestions to what the fault could be?

    Many thanks in advance

Hello Ash, Do you have any photo's of your circuit boards and what voltage readings do you have of the power supply to mainboard connector?
Willing to help but I'm no expert.

Not done any power readings yet as I'm a bit unsure where to measure the voltage & got no photos yet as when I put the new power board in, i thought that would fix it. so I'm going to strip it down again later & look at it.

Thanks in advance for any help.

its probably a main board problem. Look if the main board sends PSon to the PSU.

Re: Technika tv stuck in standby

Ive stripped it down again & tried unplugging different plugs from the main board to see if it powers up but with no sucess

Now the main board part number is: T.MSD309.B51 which a quick search shows that the eprom goes faulty, so I'm thinking to order the main board Unless someone can help me to get the eprom??

          Thanks

can we see pictures from your PSU and main board? Also make a picture where the plug from the main connects to the PSU. Hopefully there are pin out names there?

              Hello

I have an TV Led 4K Selecline 65s18 with mainboard T.MS3458.U801

The TV is faulty with stuck in Standby RED LED. Can't power the TV.

Before this problem , the TV stuck the picture with artefact , i unplug the AC cable and since the tv is stuck in standby .

All voltage are OK on PSU and main board for regulator. I tried flash firmware 25Q64 with many dumps

But the voltage on power button is 0.6V not 3.3V. When i press power button the voltage up to 0V. I tried to add 5V with Power Supply on 5V_STB and 3.3V on Power...

I enclose the psu diagram, after the first routine checks I find myself with a regular standby voltage of 3.3v blue light on steady when the power button is pressed nothing happens, psu disassembled and bench checked ... forced ignition by sending a signal 3 , 3v on the SW and PWM2 pins the psu turns on and delivers all the voltages...

LG 32LB1R - stuck in standby mode
              by lego1234567
Hi. I have the following problem with my TV. After connecting to mains, the standby led (red) turns on, but TV is not responding to remote control or buttons on TV. After some measurements, I found out that +5 V standby voltage is present, but I dont have ON/OFF signal coming in to turn PSU on. It stays at zero volts. After looking at the schematic of the mainboard, I should get ON/OFF signal coming in at the R1402 resistor, but it stays around +3,5 V. So I removed it and I was able to turn on TV with buttons on TV, but not with remote control.

What could be the problem ? Thanks...

When the Main board is disconnected, the back lights are off but tapping on the chassis makes them light up and all voltages are then good. Connecting the main board up makes the TV work normally until moved. LED INERFACE STRIP BN41-01971A has a short on the first 2 pins on the left of the picture, the cable tests good. All the other pins and all LED strips test good. Is there an easy way to fix the short or do I need a new interface. Any help would welcome.

Zombie Samsung UN55NU6900F dead / no standby voltage - randomly came to life after hours of troubleshooting then died
              by tvguy12012012120
This is my first attempt at troubleshooting a board like this, I know I could just buy a new board but I'm curious to figure out how this works. I've been testing different components in the evenings this week and I think the problem is with the IC failing to start up for some reason. When the board is plugged in there is no standby voltage.

Then today it randomly sprung to life like a zombie but shortly died thereafter. I have no idea why it would have done that and its the first time I've seen it running. I discharged capacitors on the board last night, then it was sitting today....
