Hisense H49MEC3050 UHD strange issue with RC but funny

i became yesterday one eBay beat cheap this UHD TV very clean, but with it delivered RC no response at all,

1- check batteries ok
2- check IR signal with RC testing module ok 100%
3- took my mobile galaxy IR Remote and the TV start to response, after this response i did double hard rests one via service menu and second via interface settings but still the TV response only on my mobile IR.

here i am thinking on firmware issue... what do you think

have you confirmed that it is the correct remote model for that tv?

wrong remote? What is the part number from the remote? Should be a EN2C27.

Just a side note. I don't think you became a TV. You got a TV. Bekommen (german) and became (english for "werden") are different things. ;-)

well the RC original, i did contact Hisense customer service and its known issue with most update firmware of 3000 -5000 series, i solved it with downgrade the firmware to the first Factory one.
