    Faulty Hisense 85Q6NAU TV

    85” Hisense TV

    Greetings,

Request for Technical Assessment – Faulty Hisense 85Q6NAU TV

Dear TV technicians of forum, I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to seek assistance regarding my 85-inch Hisense Smart TV, model 85Q6NAU, which is currently experiencing a fault. The unit is approximately two years old, and I am not sure if it has a warranty.

I have attached a photo showing the issue for your reference. I would appreciate it if your experienced technician could kindly review the image and provide some insight into the likely cause of the problem.

    Could you please advise:

    · Whether the issue appears to be related to the display panel or possibly the main board or T-CON board?

    · If a display panel replacement is required, what would be the approximate cost of the panel?

    · Given the size and weight of the TV, it is quite difficult to bring it into the service centre. Is there any way to assess or repair the unit without transporting it?

    · Based on your experience, would replacing the display panel be a cost-effective solution, or would you advise against it?

Your professional opinion and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

    Warm regards,

    Barry M

Your screen is broken, it cannot be repaired, the screen (matrix) costs as much as the TV itself. This TV for spare parts and to the store for a new TV.

I think you are very lucky, go to the moma new York city museum, remove the feets, and sell it as an art handwork, they will surely pay you a lot.. (f**k *** them)...
