Asus F1502Z BIOS issue? CPU gets hot but no other response. No blinking light

Hey guys, I got this model which stays black screen but CPU heats up. All voltages on board seems oK.
Perhaps BIOS issue?

Model: F1502Z
SN: R4N0CV11S622169
Board: X1403ZA 2.2

Can you clean and enter SN for me please.

Bios with DMI (serial number etc) added.

Only QR I have are these. Nothing on the other side of the board or under RAM

Does it need to show the SN of the device? Its out owf warranty anyway. Windows also says activcated with a digital license?
