    Re: Diode Identification

If you can post it in focus, it would help to identify it.

    Edit
Is this a continuation of your other thread and if so would have been better to have stayed on that thread.?????
If it is then from your previous thread it's marked C08N25 and a search on the internet bring them up.

There's also some information on this Mosfet in the following thread

        Re: Diode Identification

It could be a RF101L4S, Panasonic pt# B0ECKP000055, but I might be wrong

Is Q600 still blown apart? You will get all sorts of bad readings with bad parts still on the board.

Just remove D618 and check it out of circuit.

                    Re: Diode Identification

It could be reading bad because of the bad Q600 is still on the board.

I use Fairchild ES1G as a substitute however that one always reads short on the board. After the fake parts usually the 2/3 diodes top right on the board fail ( close to the white prong connector ).
I only repair Panasonic plasma tv's! Currently owning a TX-P55VT50 and still searching for a ZT60!

Any idea of an alternative for the 2 chips?
Can't get them from monitor9 so need alternatives
