What should be the Voltages LED Strips?

So how can you figure out what voltage your LED strips are suppose to be producing? Meaning i am trying to figure out if the LED strips are bad or PB. Panel doesnt say what voltage it is suppose to be nor did i find anything online.

what is the tv make and model number? also on the metal panel on the back of the lcd there is usually a white sticker with the details of what type of lcd screen is used in the tv can you let us know what it says

Nothing on the back of the panel. The LED strips do say 94V on them, but when measuring i only get 82-84V thats it. I do have a picture with the flashlight test. Think power supply is bad?

94V is the UL compliance for flammability rating not the Vf for the LED strip.

There is sticker on the LCD panel some where.

Is this your power supply/LED driver board?
You have 3 LED strings thus 3 boost converters and 3 PWM Controlled Power MOSFET for each string.
