yes i had a set like this once i swopped the t con and main and never solved the issue so sold the set as it was for spares.

with a proper tester yes dick_barton posted a thread earlier and a scope on the lvds wires may prove the mainboard is sending out signals and is good but thats two extra bits of equiptment too buy if you dont have them then its learing how to use them etc.

Just funny isnt it, me a 17 year old lad can understand stuff alot better because I spent hours up hours researching and rather than asking questions that have been answered and found the answers because I was bothered.

You dont even need a scope matey, you can use a DMM to check most the LVDS outputs still picks up the variants out the Tcon and if it shuts its self down due to an issue on the panel.
