samsung plasma ps60e8000gm power supply issue

    Hey guys, first post.

I have a Samsung plasma, power board BN44-0514a.

I am getting no power to the standby button, so far I have a fuse getting close to 240v and the other 250v fuse is only getting 130odd..

I have found a bridge rectifier that might be an issue, I am getting full power to one and only 120v to the other middle leg.

So far that's all I've noticed, I have found some cold solders but nothing too bad. A resister leg looked a bit brown but still tests 4.7ohms.

Any ideas why both the rectifier and fuse are only getting half the power? I will replace these once it arrives and hopefully that fixes it.

Samsung Plasma TV Power Supply Issue
    by lp20th
I have a vintage 2008 Samsung 50” Plasma TV, Model code PN50A550S1FXZA with a power supply part number BN44-00222A. I repaired the power supply board several years ago finding a couple of cold solder joints on the back side of the board and it's worked great up until now. Recently a fried sound occurred with the smell of burnt electronics and the TV shut down. Trying to turn it back on yielded the typical relay clicking with no TV boot up. Upon investigation, removing feeds to the other boards within the TV it was found that disconnecting the logic board from the power supply allowed the...

Plasma Samsung PS-50C96HD Main board BN94-01223C switches off supply after few seconds
    by alltvrepairs
    Hi,
I have this almost brand new Plasma was well stored. I would like to repair it for a friend of mine.

I have noticed that it works for few seconds then switches Off the Power_ On signal. Have disconnected boards and left maion board and power supply and still the same. The power supply with PS_ON and VA signals On stays on so it is not a problem in the power supply.
Any one met this problem in the past?...

Samsung Series 9 - BIOS issue
    by Kjell
After installing Linux, I can no longer enter the BIOS of my Samsung Series 9 (NP900X3C) laptop. When pressing [F2] during boot I simply get a black screen. Same thing when pressing [F10] and choosing "Setup" from the "App Menu" tab. Apparently this is a relatively common issue with Samsung laptops of that generation, but unfortunately i haven't been able to resolve the issue (yet).

Things i've tried so far; reinstalled Windows 10, checked for redundant boot entries, tried to factory reset using the emergency keyhole, attempted to clear the NVRAM by physically...

Samsung Bn4400612b Power Supply issue on Samsung UN50F6300
    by captainKKK
Samsung Bn4400612b Power Supply issue takes out a new 5A fuse on my Samsung UN50F6300, without any the BL or main board cables connected. Please advise if this board has known issues and fixes. There are no evident fried components and the caps look ok. Nothing unusal on the bottom side of the board under magnification. Is the ICM801CS under that heat sink a known issue? SJ (https://www.shopjimmy.com/samsung-bn...-1473373576096) out of stock, so component level repair may be my best shot. Thanks.
