Sony Bravia KDL-40HX720 - thin lines on top of screen

Hello,

can someone advise me, if this is panel failing or is it t-con problem. Black and white thin lines appeared on top 5cm of screen, look at attached picture.

I think t-con problems cause vertical problems not horizontal

Those are horizontal lines.

Ok, spoke to service guy, it is panel problem - he said he will tear panel apart and try to repair it, there's a small change he'll succeed.
