yes, and the power of the internet to communicate or find info (help each other basically) is the way the world is heading! I appreciate your help and will pass it on, too. I like the idea of not filling the landfill with useful stuff. And, to stop being so materialistic!
Looks like you soldered the wire on, correct?
And any small gauge wire should work?...

Wow! Amazing help...and a much different process than when the tcon is a separate board (which is a lot simpler and well documented everywhere!). I attempted to look and read about working with an integrated tcon board all over the net...and came up with nothing. ..so your info is extremely valuable (and rare!). I hope others find this and can use it, too!
Ok, so remove the C ribbon right side (thanks for the clear instructions in the pic). Then I need to make a connection between the two test points on the main board.
My question is: how do i bridge these two test...

Thank you very much! Here are the photos of the back of the tv. You will see the integrated tcon C ribbon…and I attempted to zoom in on the clock board on the far left of the panel along the bottom. I am guessing that schematic is attached to the c ribbon…
i added the other boards just to show you whats what
thank you for your help!
i will note that the tv starts up fine, no boot loop that i know of

Samsung QN50Q60t lines on screen
Hi all
I have lines on the screen...which is an age old problem that can be remedied by watching Youtube videos and getting out the tape.
My issue (after successfully fixing a different sammy tv with a separate tcon board and isolating the side of the panel...):
This tv has an integrated tcon...so it is a bit more confusing when trying to isolate the clocks.
It has a c ribbon and i have taken each end out to see if that will isolate the lines. instead, it makes it much worse ALL over the tv!
So....i don't know what end of the C ribbon to work with...

Hi all
Fixed a tv out of necessity, now attempting to do it for fun...and maybe profit!
But, I have run into a problem after some initial success. Integrated Tcon board makes things really tricky compared to the isolation/tape game I played with an older model tv (which was rather easy to fix).
I need help so will make a post!
