Can you post pictures of your boards, clear and in focus.
Have you measured any of the voltages on the power supply board.
There's usually a printed legend on the board so if you could give the legend name and voltage read for each pin of the connector then that would be a good starting point for others to offer assistance.
Willing to help but I'm no expert.

here is the psu scematic although these can and do vary it should be ok for testing the voltages etc if you can test the tv in the working condition and when the tv goes off we should be able to tell what voltages are then missing

When you say it shuts off, does it go into standby, switch off completely or do you just lose the picture.

Ok right Vestel Psu, could be cold solder joints or even failed Polly film caps causing the set to power down. Also sorry to hear, dont take what I say here personally.

                                  by FlailingEngineer
Hi, I was recently given a Bush Smart TV by a friend and the main board seems to be hanging on by a thread.

Before we get to that, my first obstacle was figuring out the model number since the back sticker has gone for a walk. Upon taking off the back case, I noticed the following Vestel parts, 17MB95m mainboard, 17IPS71 (what I'd assume is power supply) and a VES420UNVL-3D-S02 display panel. After doing some research I think the TV I have is a Bush ELED42240FHDCNTD3D, based on the matching image here (https://www.manualslib.com/manual/11...td3d.html#manu...

Need help identifying an IC chip on a Bush DAB radio (BD-1801)
                                  by tyler123456
                                  Hi,

Not sure whether anyone can help but I'm trying to identify the IC chip in the photo below.

I purchased a faulty Bush DAB radio (model # BD-1801) and identified that an IC chip was blown on it. Unfortunately, I couldn't read the manufacturer name / model number of the IC chip.

I purchased another (working) BD-1801 so that I could open it up to find out the IC details - but the IC chip details are missing (as you can see in the photo.)

Given the two huge blobs of solder either side of it I'm guessing it regulates power(?)

                                  Anyone...

I recently bought an internet radio Bush WI-1810, it came with a power supply that when plugged in promptly damaged the radio. I discovered too late that the radio was 6v and the supplied adaptor was 12v. The radio still powers on but the wifi is not working. I have attached a few pictures- Image 2 showing the board with damaged component top right labelled U8. There are several other similar components like U9 (image 3) that I'm wondering could be a replacement.
U9 has a code on it S5EJI- I have searched several smd code sites and the nearest I can find is for a mark of S5E -listing shows...

                                  Hi,

I did a silly thing and tried to update the tv (Bush LE50GY15M) with a "allupgrade_6308rtbm.bin" off the internet with the same board name "T.MS6308.U701" and it now no longer works.

I have researched quite a bit since Fridays messup, I've gathered a bit of information and tried multiple "allupgrade_6308rtbm.bin" files off the internet to try and fix it.

The information I've come up with:

A possible clone of "SEIKI SE50UO01UK" with a Bush Logo

The board is as mentioned: "T.MS6308.U701"...
