What dcvolts should they be? all the same?

weird, I was measuring VDD DCV and the TV is shutting down by it self now....

Well, I know you didn't ask for VDD, but I wanted to measure it for sugar & giggles. Few seconds after testing VDD the TV turned off by it self... I was testing it screen down on the floor... It turned off about 3 more times, ON for only 35sec at a time. Then I stood the TV upright and now its working fine...

I tested the VDD again, but the TV is not shutting down anymore.

VDD=16.17
VCOM=7.48
VGH=initially 12.67 went up to 13.30 and stayed there (are these values depended on whats playing on the screen?)
VGL=7.46
VCC=3.297
VCC1.8=1.800

Well, now its shutting down again every 36sec. while laying flat on its face... I know small home heaters have a shut off built in but do TVs have something like that also?

I retested DCV for fun:

VDD=16.13
VCOM=7.48
VGH=13.05
VGL=7.45
VCC=3.299
VCC1.8=1.799


TV is still shutting down by it self every 37sec...

If the T-Con board is bad, does the number on the sticker on back of T-Con board must match the replacement?

VGL should show as negative, so is it 7.45VDC or -7.45VDC?

I just retested the VGL. Its, -7.44VDC

I know it very well may not be the T-Con board, but if I want to buy one.

On shopjimmy.com the one has the same part number as mine but has less components on the board, will that board still work in my TV?

My partial p/n on back is 1579A, so the part I am looking for is 6871L-1579A?
