JMB 32883 MB45MLCD flashing red light 17pw25-3 070610 psu

This is my jmb branded vestel tv with a 17pw25-3 power supply. I have tested all the diodes and none of them are shorted i have tested the 10n60l mosfet and it is fine. The only thing odd about the psu is the low frequency buzz it makes when you first plug it in also when the standby led is illuminated and you press the power button you can hear a slight tick from it that then stops when the red light starts flashing.

If you did some research you would be aware this is a MB firmware failure causing the set to lock out with flashing Led. Also the buzz from the Psu is normal for them shitty supplies matey lol

Oh right i thought it was a psu failure so put all my effort into that, i have had a look on google and cant seem to fined any information on the 17mb45m-3 firmware and how to reset or reinstall it. Do you know of any way to solve this problem? Thanks.

Easiest to replace the board tbh, I gave up trying to find FW for these sets, you have to match the panel info with the board. Mkae sure you find a board that works with your exact lcd panel.
