    Vizio E552VLE Standby Volts(5.1) only.

I have said TV and only have standby voltage from what i can gather. When i push the power button there isn't any voltage present at REMODE ON/OFF. Through searching the forum my understanding is that there should be 3V~. I also don't have any 12,18,or 24V. Ive checked the voltages powered on/off and right after pressing the power button. The initial issue was when i turned on the TV i had a little of white light around the edges, it sat maybe for 15 seconds in this state then turned off. The Vizio logo light did turn white when it turned on, when it turned off the logo went to orange then completely went out.

I did find a similar thread with this issue but it wasn't solved and to be honest i did get a little lost in the jargon. Thanks for your patience and help in advance.

The main board is not sending the PS-ON (REMOTE ON/OFF) to turn on the rest of the power supply. Problem some where on the main board.
Go to shopjimmy to see if the symptom is relate to EEPROM or not.

Shopjimmy doesnt show EEPROM listing for my specific TV nor could i find info on whether this issue is related to the EEPROM. Also, they show out of stock on main board with little chance of getting a new one in. Any suggestions? Thanks.
