You do not measure the resistance in the circuit that is powered up, it will give you wrong reading and can blow up your meter.
At this point change the U5 first.

Yes, but your face isn't, if it explodes and you look at the display. Specifically those cheap ass meters don't have any input protection.

ok its fixed i know someone said some bad stuff on coppelltvrepair but i just bought there repair kit and my tv works fuck ya, u5 is the only one i changed even though it comes with 4 so ya thank you everybody i will also make a follow up thread in a few.http://www.ebay.com/itm/160564019996...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT theres the kit if intrested.

Good job, nice to see that they knew which parts to put in the repair kit, some of shady sellers are clueless or just don't care.
