Philips 37pfl4606h/12, 5V standby not working

Hi

I have a Philips 37pfl4606h/12 model that won't turn on anymore (went out with a 'bang' when turning on).
The cause of the 'bang' was easily identifiable as the TOP264VG was blown up.

However even after replacing that one (twice, starting to get paranoid :p ) I still do not get a 5V standby.
In the schematic attached I have already replaced D904, Q906 and Q913 (D904 was necessary if i remember correctly, the other 2 were probably fine)

I have added my measurements to the schematic, if anyone has an idea how this thing is suppose to work (I assume pin 6 of the TOP264VG should become an AC signal, but it is connected different than in the datasheet) / what could still be wrong ....

EDIT: The 5V dropping is also DC. It starts at around 5V on power up, but starts lowering gradually...

Did you check if the 5VSB rail on the secondary is shorted?

Also check ZD907, ZD914, R959 IC907, R962.

ZD907 turned out to be the problem, TV works again now

thx ! had the same problem. replaced zd907 and top264vg.

did the job.
