Identify this component from a tnpa4250

I accidentally knocked off this component from a shorted tnpa4250.
    Is it a ceramic capacitor?

It's a 2.2 ohm 10% 5 watt fusible. If it check ok reuse it

Thanks. Even if it's good the leads broke right at the board. I don't have enough play to solder it back on. Plus the board has 6 shorted transistors.
Not sure if I'm going to bother with it.

Maybe worth keeping as a parts board but if your like me they soon amount up.

I know. I already took a capacitor off of it to put in another board. Lol. I need a bigger house.

I have two sheds i keep filling up with tvs lol i collect free smashed screen sets thinking they will come in handy for parts ie boards/stands or led strips etc but very rarely use them so gave up picking them up for now.

Isn't it better to just keep the boards as they are and buy the defective parts? Trust me , in a few weeks you are going to need this board for a tv and you will regret you used this board for parts.

Ps it's basic theory. The small logo is "Ohm" logo which is resistor. 2200 Ohm/5 Watss resistor. They die on a few LG powerboards.

No one gives away anything here. Not even smashed sets.
I fixed a 32" Emerson lcd two weeks ago. Got it free from my uncle. Bought the psu/inverter board repair kit for $15 and fixed it. Listed it for sale and kept getting offers of $50.

Today there is a non working 32" Samsung near me listed. The seller said repair shop told him it needed a fuse/capacitor. Lol
He wanted at least $60 for his non working tv.
I told him I got offers of $50 for the same size and it was working.

He said he needed money to feed his family. Smh.

I don't know if I'll need this board. It's to a 9 year old plasma. People want too much for a broken one that it's almost not worth fixing anything as small as 42".

I was offered $70 for the repaired th-42pz77u this came out of.

They don't give away tv's over here also. Sometimes i check the dumpster and see if i can get something but its usually the big big tv's from 15 years back lol

Hmm true , keep it as a scrap board.

we have sites here in the uk like freecyle etc where people give there unwanted stuff away for free you can also place a wanted add so i usually place one for free/faulty electronics ie lcd/plasma tvs or any gaming or pc related items i get a fair few offers of free stuff.
