Budm .. i did it wrong the first time for the diode under the seat sink... So here is what is did.
and the PN of that tiny SMPS IC is NPP37R AY

Nothing come up as SMPS IC based on that number.

Updates! Thanks Budm. I replaced the two starting caps and the power came back on. The tv is good again so thank you Budm.

Sorry to hijack this thread but I have a fluid tv that has these same boards. I have standby tv even turns on I can see video with flashlight. I have 24v 12v 5v 3.3v for back light on etc. I get 167v across main cap never changes I get no voltage on the led connectors. Removed led panel tested all leds as well.
Looking for info on how test led driver circuit on psu
