Samsung UE46F6500 no standby light, does not turn on

Hi Forum!

I have a problem with the above mentioned TV. It has no standby light and does not turn on. There's no visual damage on the powersupply panel, the fuse is ok.
When I unplug the mainboard the PS_ON/OFF pin produces 3.3V and the backlight turns on.

Is it a power supply problem? I've also read it could be a corrupt firmware.

Please upload good clear pictures of the whole backside of the TV so we can see all the boards, at this point it looks like you have main board problem.

Is there a way to troubleshoot the mainboard or reflash the eeprom? I've been to a technician, he said after 3 days, that the power supply needs to be replaced and he'll even do it for a mere 280$. That's when I checked it myself.

What happens when you connect mainboard power supply
and disconnect T-Con?

Is there a way to rule out the power supply 100% ?
Has anyone tried repairing a mainboard? Replacing eeprom?
Does the replacement mainboard's number has to match 100% ?

Power supply/LED driver board is OK.
